A Code is a Code is a Code? Not in Christiansburg. There seem to be some deletion of sections of the Town Code on the new website. From Chapter 10, in the list of Chapter Sections, Stormwater Management has disappeared as a section.

Christiansburg would differentiate between a Capital Improvement Plan and a Capital Improvement Program but I simply cannot find where those two are different in the State Code. Any land use attorneys out there want to help out?
