Will future stormwater cause more flooding or even a train derailment?
What about the erosion of banks that can (perhaps already are) presenting a hazard to train travel? Who would pay the price if a train derails because of inadequate stormwater management? Who has to pay to fix it? Check out the photos.

Several months ago, I started doing some research on Historic Districts and Historic Overlays. It has taken some time to go through and find good, solid information that may be useful as the Town of Christiansburg Planning Commission works on the Historic Overlay project.
