Some of those issues are available at a website…no, not mine. It is the website that Meghan Dorsett, Candidate for Mayor, has set up to share ideas with citizens. One the first page is a link to a survey where she is asking citizens to provide their views on issues.
Whether you are considering voting for her or not, the information on these webpages is great. There are maps and links to additional information sources. While the issues are identified (the easy part), she has also offered solutions (the hard part) and how to accomplish those solutions (the really hard part).
Her knowledge of issues and solutions is far greater than mine because she has had the experience working with government to deal with many of these. It only takes a few minutes to check out the information and to take the survey.
I can tell you that it is a resource I will be using for future blogs. So, take a few minutes and look over the information, pass it on to your friends, and take the survey (ask your friends to do so as well), this is one way to let your voice be heard because I know other candidates are watching and reading the site based upon comments that have been made:)
Most importantly, don’t forget to vote on May 4th, at the Armory!!!
