The Effects of Stormwater Coming Across and Under Depot Street

Hope you noticed the drainpipe. Just below it, is what appears to be the original asphalt bed.

Note that all of this water comes from up slope properties where it runs into ditches and culverts
before dumping, untreated out into the floodplain. The drainage system within the floodplain goes
straight into Crab Creek, adding pollution to an already compromised waterway.

The real flow plath to worry about is the one that goes from Rain, to Ground, to Water

TO YOUR DRINKING WATER!!!!
