These are the Planning Commission and Town Council Meeting Minutes that I received from a FOIA request for all such minutes relating to the Comprehensive Plan. Please note that many of these were provided in DRAFT form not in the legal signed form. Also note that there are large gaps in time where it is unclear if the Comprehensive Plan was merely set aside for months or where Meeting Minutes were not provided or did not exist at the time of the FOIA request on April 7th, 2008.
